About Aprubado
aprubado.ph is a free loan-matching service that connects Filipino borrowers to SEC-licensed partner lenders. We are not a lender. Below: who runs the service, how matching works, where to verify our partner lenders, and why we publish a full fee calculator, a fair-collection standard, and a complaint SLA.
We verify SEC Certificate of Authority numbers, BSP Circular 1133 s.2021 rate-cap compliance, and SEC MC 19 s.2019 disclosure requirements for every lender mentioned. Operated by Virix Labs as a disclosed Marketing and Technology Service Provider for Kviku Lending Co., INC.
Who operates this site
aprubado.ph is operated by Virix Labs (UK Co. No. 16325097). Aprubado is a matching and technology service: we run the website, the application wizard, the attribution and analytics layer, and the lender-matching engine. We do not lend, decide, disburse, or collect. Those functions are performed solely by the SEC-licensed partner lender you are matched with.
This is the core of the model. Aprubado focuses on borrower experience — how the site works, how the forms feel, how you get matched to a lender that fits. The partner lenders focus on the lending mechanics: credit scoring, risk pricing, disbursement, repayment, and regulatory reporting. Keeping the two separate is what lets us stay on your side about cost.
Who lends the money
The money comes from SEC-licensed partner lenders — Philippine-incorporated lending and financing companies registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and holding a Certificate of Authority. Aprubado matches your application to the partner lender(s) whose criteria you fit. Example partners include Finbro, MoneyCat, CashExpress, Tala, Vamo, and HoneyLoan, among others.

How to verify our partner lenders
- SEC Registration: Visit checkwithsec.sec.gov.ph and search the name of any lender you are matched with. The result should show an active Registration Number and Certificate of Authority.
- Certificate of Authority: Certificate numbers can be cross-checked at ploan.ph/register (third-party SEC mirror).
- BSP rate-cap compliance: Every partner lender's rates are bounded by BSP MC 1133 s.2021 — the official text.
- NPC compliance: Reference privacy.gov.ph and NPC Circular 2022-02 for the loan-transactions privacy rules Aprubado and its partner lenders follow.
Why we publish what we publish
Three policies on this site exist mostly because the broader PH online lending market has earned a reputation for the opposite. Borrowers complain — often with photographic evidence — about hidden fees, contact-list calls to family members, and rate calculations only revealed after signing. Some of those complaints are about scam clone apps; many are about licensed lenders bending the rules. As a matching service, we only route applicants to SEC-licensed partner lenders that meet our standards.
We have responded with three pages that any borrower can read before applying:
- /our-fees: a free service to you, plus an indicative cost of credit for any amount and term. Slider in, total out.
- /how-we-collect: the fair-collection standard we require of every partner lender. Contact only 8 AM – 9 PM. No contact-list calls.
- /complaint-resolution: 48-hour investigation SLA, named ombudsman email, parallel escalation paths to SEC, NPC, BSP.
None of this is a marketing slogan. They are operational documents binding on Aprubado and on the partner lenders we route applicants to.
